Services and Amenities Includes:

• Use of the Mansion’s public areas and estate grounds from Friday 2:00 p.m. to Sunday 1:00 p.m.
• Use of Grand Rockefeller Room for rehearsal dinner, bridesmaid brunch, etc.
• Carriage House honeymoon suite for the bride & groom for Friday & Saturday nights.
• Breakfast for the bride and groom daily.
• Services of the Mansion’s full-time wedding coordination staff to plan and manage every aspect of your wedding weekend, including but not limited to selection and coordination of all wedding vendors and planning, coordinating and attending all wedding weekend events.
• Complete reception coordination.
• Use of white padded garden chairs for ceremony.
• Use of gold ballroom chairs for reception.
• Use of 5’ round and/or 6’ rectangular tables for reception.
• Use of 18’ X 18’ dance floor in Pavilion.
• Concierge services during the wedding weekend as requested by the bride and groom. Examples include scheduling golf outings, local sightseeing trips, spa getaways, etc.
• Use of various wedding accessories as needed (cake stand, servers, bride and groom champagne glasses, candelabras, minister’s podium, etc.)
• Sound system for your ceremony.
• Two massages provided by our in-house masseuse on your wedding day.
• Refreshments for bridal party prior to ceremony.
• Transportation to and from the airport for Mansion overnight guests.
• Significant discounts at local hotels and shuttles to and from the Mansion for additional guests.
• Security for duration of event (for events exceeding 150 guests).

** Rental fee does not include guest suites and cottages, which would be paid for separately by your guests, unless other arrangements are made.
