We feel that it is a special honor and privilege to be allowed to share in the celebration of your marriage. We’ve endeavored to create a wedding experience quite unlike any other. With over thirty years of combined experience in wedding coordination and Entertainment, we have created two unique packages that allow you to celebrate your wedding with time to enjoy the company of your family and friends, knowing all the details are taken care of. You can celebrate an entire weekend as the public areas of the Mansion, estate grounds, and suites and cottages are reserved exclusively for you and your guests. We have also created a one day version of our weekend package. Comprehensive wedding planning and coordination services are provided to every bride by our professional event planning staff. We tend to every detail so you take pleasure and cherish all the beautiful moments of your wedding, as you create some of the most special memories of your life!

You have just checked in and are lounging in the Carriage House honeymoon suite. Over the previous months, our Event Planning Director has helped you plan your wedding weekend – down to the last detail. You feel far more relaxed on the eve of your wedding than you’d ever imagined possible. Your family and guests staying at the Mansion are being picked up from the airport by our shuttle service. You stroll through the gardens and join your family and bridal party at the gazebo. Our event coordinators walk you through the ceremony rehearsal and ensure that everything is in order for your big day. The rehearsal dinner begins in the Grand Rockefeller Room shortly thereafter. You enjoy an intimate dinner in the company of those people who are most special to you. Later that evening, you’ve planned a more casual gathering for your bridal party and out of town guests – perhaps casino games, a poker tournament or some karaoke. Some guests retreat to the Game Room with the pool table, dartboard, TV, mini bar, and other amenities. Your guests are grateful to have enjoyed more personal time with you and the family. The night ends and the Carriage House is a short walk away. Your guests retreat to their suites and cottages. Others are shuttled back to their hotels.

You wake up at your leisure. You are already here - there is no rush to go anywhere - everyone is coming to you. Breakfast awaits you and your guests in the Dining Room, followed by soothing massages for the bride and groom. A hairstylist and manicurist wait in the Carriage House poised to transform you and your friends into bride and bridesmaids. Meanwhile, the groom and groomsmen spend the morning playing a round of golf, all arranged by the Mansion staff. They are now in the Game Room area playing pool, watching TV and getting ready for the ceremony. The ceremony finally arrives. A harpist plays in the gardens. You travel from the Carriage House to the ceremony site in a horse drawn carriage – or maybe you just take a stroll over the brick walkways arm in arm with your father, sharing a tender moment one last time before you walk down the aisle. The garden ceremony is beautiful, words cannot describe how you feel. Your guests are welcomed into the Mansion and gardens for a cocktail hour while your special day is captured by your photographer. You join your guests under the softly glowing tent to celebrate your new marriage. You and your guests dance the night away and before you know it, the night is over. You retire to the honeymoon suite. It has been a magical day and even more amazing than you imagined...

Everyone gathers one last time for Sunday brunch in the Dining Room. Goodbyes and well wishes are exchanged. Some guests are shuttled to the airport, while others decide to spend a few more days at the Mansion enjoying a short family vacation in Virginia. They will cherish your wedding for years to come.

  • Use of Mansion’s public areas and estate grounds from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 5 hours for Ceremony, Cocktail time and reception. Remaining time is for vendors to set up/tear down and client decoration placement.

  • Services of the Mansion’s wedding coordination staff to assist in planning your wedding day, including but not limited to selection and coordination of wedding vendors and planning, coordinating and attending rehearsal and all wedding day events.

  • Carriage House honeymoon suite for the bride & groom for Saturday night.

  • Breakfast for the bride, groom and their guests staying at the mansion daily.

  • Use of white padded garden chairs for ceremony.

  • Use of gold Chiavari ballroom chairs for reception.

  • Use of 5’ round, 6’ rectangular and 3’ round tall cocktail tables for reception.

  • Use of various accessories (silver cake stand & servers, toasting glasses, podium, silver table number stands, table numbers, tea light holders and high chairs) Large Brandy Snifters are also available for use in table centerpieces or for accent lighting around the estate grounds.

  • Sound system for your ceremony.

  • Refreshments for bridal party prior to ceremony.

  • 4 valet attendants for your wedding reception guests. Additional attendants will be required (at an additional cost), if guest count exceeds 150.

  • Coordinating accommodations at local hotels and shuttle transportation for guests.


  • Use of the Mansion’s public areas and estate grounds from Friday 2 p.m. to Sunday 12 p.m.

  • Use of Grand Rockefeller Room for rehearsal dinner, bridesmaid brunch, etc.

  • Carriage House honeymoon suite for the bride & groom for Friday & Saturday nights.

  • Breakfast for the bride, groom and their guests staying at the mansion daily.

  • Services of the Mansion’s wedding coordination staff to assist in planning your wedding weekend, including but not limited to selection and coordination of wedding vendors and planning, coordinating and attending all wedding week end events.

  • Use of white padded garden chairs for ceremony.

  • Use of gold Chiavari ballroom chairs for reception.

  • Use of 5’ round, 6’ rectangular and 3’ round tall cocktail tables for reception.

  • Use of white linens for tables provided by mansion.

  • Concierge services during the wedding weekend as requested by the bride and groom. Examples include scheduling golf outings, local sightseeing trips, spa getaways, etc.

  • Use of various Mansion accessories listed above.

  • Sound system for your ceremony.

  • 2 Massages – 1 each for the Bride and Groom

  • Refreshments for bridal party prior to ceremony.

  • 4 valet attendants for your wedding reception guests. Additional attendants will be required (at an additional cost), if guest count exceeds 150.

  • Coordinating accommodations at local hotels and shuttle transportation for guests
